So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish!

(Okay, I know at least some of you out there will understand the title of this post!)

So obviously I haven't been posting in a long long time.  To be perfectly honest, I just haven't had time to write anything interesting (or knit, actually), so I've decided it's time to bid my beloved blog adieu...especially since Typepad blogs aren't free.  Every month I pay the bill and think "Hmm, I really should blog again!" but then I never do. 

I'm going to go through the past five (!!!) years of posts and save any information, pictures, etc. that I want to keep, then I'll be canceling my Typepad account, which will erase the blog.  If any of you still want to keep in touch, Julip Bags has a fanpage over on Facebook, OR you're more than welcome to send me a friend request on my personal page, just PLEASE make sure you mention you used to follow Russell Yarn, so I know you're a friend!  And of course, I'm still (occasionally) on Ravelry as Russellmama.

Just so everyone knows...myself and my family are all doing fine, Jerry and Mickey are the same as usual (brats!) and all is well with us.  I hope all is well with you too, and I can't tell you how glad I am to have befriended so many of you over the past five years.
